1. Ownership & Financial Interest
Neither BizXResearch Private Limited nor its research analysts or their associates/relatives have any actual/beneficial financial interest of 1% or more in any subject company at the end of the month immediately preceding the date of publication of research reports.
2. Investment Banking & Intermediary Compensation
BizXResearch does not operate an investment banking, merchant banking, brokerage, or underwriting division. Neither BizXResearch nor its analysts have received any compensation for merchant banking or investment banking services from any subject company in the past 12 months.
3. Market Making Activities
BizXResearch and its research analysts do not act as market makers for any securities of any subject company.
4. Personal Trading Blackout Windows
Analysts are strictly prohibited from transacting in any security of a subject company within 30 days prior to and 5 days after the publication of a research report covering that security.
