Investor Charter in Respect of Research Analysts

This charter aims to protect investor interests and foster transparency in services rendered by SEBI-registered Research Analysts.

1. Services Provided by Research Analyst

  • Publish independent, unbiased research reports based on comprehensive analysis of securities.
  • Provide transparent rationale, methodology, and valuation frameworks used in arriving at research conclusions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client personal information in compliance with IT and regulatory norms.
  • Ensure research analysts meet the qualification and certification criteria stipulated by SEBI (NISM Series XV).

2. Rights of Investors

  • Right to receive factual, objective, and unbiased research reports without concealed conflicts of interest.
  • Right to know the fees, terms of research access, and scope of services before subscribing.
  • Right to inspect compliance disclosures, ownership stakes, and analyst certifications.
  • Right to a structured and transparent grievance redressal mechanism within stipulated regulatory timelines (30 days).

3. Dos and Don'ts for Investors

Recommended Dos

  • •Do read the complete research report, including the methodology and risk considerations, before taking an investment decision.
  • •Do verify the registration credentials of the Research Analyst on the official SEBI portal (Reg No. INH000030232).
  • •Do pay subscription fees only through official banking channels in the name of the registered entity (TRAPTI VERMA).
  • •Do understand that equity investments carry market risks and capital fluctuation.

Prohibited Don'ts

  • •Don't rely on unverified claims of guaranteed returns, assured profits, or 'sure-shot' calls.
  • •Don't share personal banking passwords, OTPs, or demat account credentials with any research personnel.
  • •Don't make cash payments for research subscriptions.
  • •Don't invest based on rumors, unverified social media tips, or sensationalized claims.

4. Grievance Redressal Process

  • 2Level 2: If unresolved, escalate to the Principal Officer at info@bizxresearch.com.
