Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Research Access Nature
BizXResearch delivers digital intellectual property, research archives, financial models, and market intelligence. Because full library access is granted immediately upon subscription activation, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once proprietary research reports have been unlocked.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel auto-renewal at any time directly through their Client Dashboard under the Subscription tab. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (Monthly or Annual), after which no further charges will occur.
3. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
In the event of technical payment processing errors (such as duplicate transaction debits for the same subscription period), the excess charge will be refunded automatically to the original payment source within 5 to 7 banking business days upon verification.
4. Membership Terms & Continuity
BizXResearch operates on a single unified annual research membership. Your membership provides uninterrupted 12-month access to all current and future initiating research coverage, valuation models, and analyst consultations. Renewal notices are provided 30 days prior to the annual expiry date.
